Ordering Procedure:
1. Place your order via Guelph Market.
2. You will receive an automatic download file with a copy of these instructions.
3. Email us at proofandconceptart@gmail.com with the following:
a. Your name
b. Your Guelph Market order number
c. Your favourite photo of your furry, scaly or feathery friend!
d. Preference for a background colour
e. Any additional notes you think we should know about
4. When we receive your email from step three, Proof and Concept will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours.
5. Please allow 2-3 business days from the time we confirm receipt until the time we complete your order. Finished orders will be sent to you via email as a JPEG file.
