Processing Time: We process all orders within 7 business days from the time your order is placed.

Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped through Canada Post.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can track your package using the tracking number provided through Canada Post.

Undeliverable Packages: If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package may be returned to us. We will contact you for a corrected address, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the shipping carrier. Please ensure that the shipping address is secure and accessible to avoid any issues.
