Q: The pin I want is out of stock! What should I do?
A: Sign up for the “Back in Stock” notification for the specific pin you’re interested in ordering! This is the best way to find out when our pins are restocked.
Q: I am interested in a custom colour, is that possible?
A: Absolutely! We require a minimum order of 5 pins per pronoun+colour. Eg: if you wanted a full set of custom green pins, you would need to order a minimum of 5 green “She/Her/Hers” pins, 5 green “He/Him/His” …etc.

Q: We are interested in ordering a larger quantity of pins, do you offer a bulk discount?

Q: Will you be adding neo-pronouns?
A: This is something we are definitely hoping to add in the near future. If you are looking for a specific neo-pronoun, please send us an email or fill out our Contact Us form so we know which ones have the most interest!
