Why did you start your business?
I started my business with the hopes to provide unique and personalized gifts for everyone
How was the pandemic affected your business?
The pandemic affected my business by taking away person to person interactions (e.g. pickups, vendor shows, etc).
Vendor shows were 65% of my sales in 2019.
