Mother Maiden Crone is an homage to the Neo Pagan idea of a Triple Goddess. The Triple Goddess, sometimes called the Mother Goddess, is viewed as a triunity of three distinct aspects or figures united in one being.
These three figures are often described as the Maiden, the Mother, and the Crone, each of which symbolizes both a separate stage in the female life cycle and a phase of the Moon.
Owned, designed, crafted and operated by one woman, MMC began as a therapeutic way to pass time during states of illness, but grew into so much more! My goal is empower women, remind them of the power they hold inside of them, and help them show that power to the world!

Where is your business based out of?
Toronto, Ontario.
Why did you start your business?
January 2021. I had been out of work for a year due to chronic illness and I had been working on my art as therapy. I was making jewelry and giving them as gifts when someone mentioned a friends was interested in buying a pot of earrings. The spark of inspiration was lit and the rest is history!
How was the pandemic affected your business?
I started my business in the pandemic, so I’m not sure how it has been affected. I know not being able to participate in outdoor markets has made things a little tougher. It’s also hard because I have very little capital as I don’t have a second job.
But it’s also been affected positively. People are so willing to talk and connect that I’ve made some wonderful new friends and connected with old ones through my page and that is invaluable to me!
My page is more than shop, but it’s also a community! I engage with my followers, they engage with me, and we talk about very real subjects affecting the world today. I’m very excited about empowering women and all learning together how to not shy away or be afraid of our unique power. I love connecting with people and supporting them, and have even been known to send out free surprise gifts every once in a while!
