Late Harvest Market - Applications Open

APPLICATION DEADLINE - October 22, 2021 @ 4pm EST. Email confirmations will be sent out Oct 25 to all accepted vendors.

These are not first come first served spots.

No MLM/network marketing businesses will be accepted.

Saturday November 20

Event Time: 9am to 3pm

Event Location: Guelph Black Heritage Society, 83 Essex St, Guelph, ON N1H 3K9

  • Mixed Indoor / Outdoor Market 

Masks and all current covid-19 safety protocols will be in place at this event. Masks will be mandatory indoors.

Food vendors are welcome to apply!

 

Booth information

  • Indoor spaces are 6ft x 6 ft.
  • Outdoor spaces are 10 ft x 10 ft.
  • A 5 or 6 ft table and chairs will be supplied by Guelph Market and venue. (vendors are welcome to bring their own table)
  • Vendor MUST bring their own table cloth large enough to cover a 6 foot table.

Vendor options

  1. Indoor Split Space - $110
    Vendor splits a 6x6 foot space with another vendor. Vendor has access to half of the table. Vendor(s) must bring their own tablecloth

    If you have a business in mind that you'd like to share with, that business MUST submit a SEPERATE application form.

    There is no guarantee that both vendors will be accepted.

  2. Indoor Full Space - $200
    Vendor has access to entire 6x6 foot space. Table and chair provided. Vendor must bring their own tablecloth

  3. Outdoor Split Space (limited spots) - $100
    Vendor splits 10x10 foot space. Canopy and lights provided. Table and chairs provided. Vendor must bring their own tablecloth (no hydro access)

  4. Outdoor Full Space A (limited spots) - $180
    Vendor has access to entire 10x10 foot space. Canopy and lights provided. Table and chairs provided. Vendor must bring their own tablecloth (no hydro access)

  5. Outdoor Full Space B - $150
    Vendor has access to entire 10x10 foot space. Vendor brings their own Table and Canopy. Chairs provided. (no hydro access)

*Active Guelph Market business members for the month of November will get $20 off the listed vendor fee if accepted*

 



If you are open to multiple vending options, PLEASE select all the options you're interested in on the application.

With current covid restrictions on physical spaces, the more options you select, the higher the likelihood of your acceptance for markets.
